Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about SongCleaner.
How does SongCleaner work?
SongCleaner uses advanced AI technology to detect inappropriate language in songs and creates a clean version by removing those words. Our system:
- Separates vocals from the instrumental track
- Transcribes the lyrics using AI speech recognition
- Identifies potentially inappropriate content
- Removes those segments and creates a seamless clean version
- Preserves the overall music quality
What file formats are supported?
SongCleaner supports all common audio formats including MP3, WAV, FLAC, and M4A. Files must be under 50MB in size.
Is my music kept private?
Yes, your privacy is important to us. We do not share or publish your uploaded audio files. Files are processed securely and are only accessible to you through your unique links.
For anonymous users, files are automatically deleted after 5 days. Registered users can access their files indefinitely.
How accurate is the inappropriate content detection?
Our system is highly accurate at detecting common inappropriate language. However, no system is perfect, which is why we allow you to review and adjust the detected words before generating the final version.
You can manually mark or unmark words in the editor to ensure your clean version meets your specific requirements.
Can I edit multiple songs?
Yes! Anonymous users can process up to 2 songs, registered users get that quota renewed every month plus a Dashboard with all their songs. Subscribed users have higher limits and can access their processed files at any time.
What languages are supported?
Currently, SongCleaner works best with English language songs. We are continuously working to improve support for other languages.
